摘　　要：我国经济的快速发展为中小企业提供了巨大的发展空间。经济的发展为中小企业带来机遇的同时,也带来了更大的挑战和竞争。部分企业存在资金缺乏、管理策略创新不足、跟不上时代发展的问题,这在一定程度上限制了中小企业的发展,严重的甚至为企业带来威胁。在互联网技术迅速发展的今天,中小企业应该转变以往的管理理念,结合时代的发展,不断创新管理模式,充分利用新时代的科技手段,完善企业管理制度,促进中小企业可持续发展。The rapid development of China's economy provides a huge space for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Economic development brings opportunities to small and medium-sized enterprises,but also brings greater challenges and competition.There are some problems existing in some enterprises,such as lack of funds,lack of innovation in management strategies,and unable to keep up with the development of the times,which limits the development of small and medium-sized enterprises to a certain extent,and even poses a threat to enterprises.Today with the rapid development of internet technology,small and medium-sized enterprises should change the previous management concept,combine with the development of the times,constantly innovate the management mode,make full use of the scientific and technological means of the new era,improve the management system of enterprises,and promote the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
