摘  要:目的研究Octavius 4D-PTW729验证系统在RapidArc计划验证中应用。方法选取29例RapidArc计划,移植到Octavius 4D模体制作验证计划。在Varian VitalBeam直线加速器上实施验证计划,Octavius 4D-PTW729收集数据与治疗计划导出的RT dose进行比较。结果全部29例RapidArc计划的Gamma通过率均大于90%,各项异性分析算法(AAA)和AcurosXB(AXB)两种算法对验证计划无影响。结论Octavius 4D-PTW729验证系统是一种方便快捷的剂量验证方案。【Objective】To analyze the application of the Octavius 4D-PTW729 verification system in the verification of RapidArc adjustment plan.【Methods】A total of 29 cases were selected and transplanted to Octavius 4D mode for verification.The validation plan was implemented on Varian Vital Beam linear accelerator.The data collected by Octavius 4D-PTW729 was compared with RT dose derived from the treatment plan.【Results】The Gamma pass rate of all 29 RapidArc projects was more than 90%,and the anisotropic analysis algorithm(AAA)and AcurosXB(AXB)had no effect on the verification plan.【Conclusion】Octavius 4D-PTW729 verification system is a convenient and efficient dose verification scheme.
