结肠癌组织中HBO1的表达变化及其意义

摘　　要：目的观察结肠癌组织中组蛋白乙酰转移酶结合至起源识别复合物1(HBO1)表达的变化,并分析其与患者临床病理资料各参数之间的相关性,进一步探讨其在结肠癌发生、发展中的意义。方法采用蛋白质印迹法(Western blot)检测2018年5月至2019年5月在锦州医科大学附属第一医院确诊并行结肠癌切除术的60例结肠癌患者癌组织以及癌旁正常结肠组织中的HBO1的表达情况。结果Western blot实验结果表明HBO1在结肠癌组织中表达较与之匹配的正常结肠组织明显升高(P<0.05)。结论HBO1在结肠癌组织中总体比在正常结肠组织中表达增加,其表达可能在结肠癌发生、发展及转移过程中起重要作用。【Objective】The changes of expression of histone acetyltransferase binding to origin recognition complex 1(HBO1)in colon cancer tissues were observed,and the correlation between HBO1 and the clinical and pathological data of patients was analyzed to further explore its significance in the occurrence and development of colon cancer.【Methods】The expression of HBO1 in 60 patients with colon cancer diagnosed and resected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from May 2018 to May 2019 was detected by Western blot.【Results】Western blot results showed that HBO1 expression in colon cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the matched normal colon tissues(P<0.05).【Conclusion】HBO1 expression was increased in colon cancer tissues as a whole compared with normal colon tissues,and its expression may play an important role in the occurrence,development and metastasis of colon cancer.
