摘　　要：目的评价基于扫频OCT技术的IOLMaster 700与IOLMaster 500在人工晶状体眼生物测量值的一致性。方法前瞻性临床研究。纳入白内障超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术后患者374人(718只眼)。使用IOLMaster 700和IOLMaster 500进行生物测量。记录角膜曲率(Kf和Ks)、前房深度(ACD)、水平角膜直径(WTW)、眼球轴长(AL),角膜散光进行矢量转换(J0和J45)。采用配对样本t检验比较设备差异性,组内相关系数(ICC)及Bland-Altman分析评价设备一致性。结果两种设备间各生物测量值差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Kf、Ks、J0、J45和AL的ICC为0.957~1.000,ACD和WTW的ICC分别为0.774和0.871。Bland-Altman分析显示Kf、Ks、J0、J45和AL测量值95%LoA均处在较小范围,ACD和WTW的95%LoA范围较大,分别为-0.87~0.55 mm和-0.62~0.21 mm。结论IOLMaster 700和IOLMaster 500在人工晶状体眼Kf、Ks、J0、J45和AL生物测量值具有较好的一致性。OBJECTIVE To investigate the coherence of biological measurements obtained with the IOLMaster 700 and the IOLMaster 500 in pseudophakic eyes.METHODS In this prospective study,a total of 718 eyes of 374 pseudophakic patients were included.Keratometry(Kf and Ks),corneal power vector analysis(J0 and J45),anterior chamber depth(ACD),white-to-white distance(WTW),and axial length(AL)were examined with the IOLMaster 700 and the IOLMaster 500 by an experienced operator at the same visit.The paired sample t test,intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC),and Bland-Altman analysis were used to evaluate the results.RESULTS There were statistically significant differences between the two instruments in all parameters(P<0.05).The intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC)of Kf,Ks,J0,J45 and AL was 0.957~1.000.The ICC of ACD and WTW was relatively low(0.774 and 0.871,respectively).The 95%limits of coherence(LoA)were narrow except for ACD(-0.87~0.55 mm)and WTW(-0.62~0.21 mm).CONCLUSIONS In pseudophakic patients,the coherence between the IOLMaster 700 and the IOLMaster 500 were excellent in result of Kf,Ks,J0,J45 and AL.
