摘  要:目的分析院校合作“五元”立体互动模式在门诊护生临床带教管理中的应用效果。方法将该院2019年9—12月实习的88名门诊护生纳入至该次研究,依照数字随机表法将其分为对照组(44名)与观察组(44名),对照组给予传统临床带教管理模式,观察组则行院校合作“五元”立体互动临床带教管理模式,比较两组护生成绩考核以及带教满意度情况。结果对照组护生实习结业考核成绩(82.36±4.13)分低于观察组(93.52±5.63)分,带教满意度84.09%显著低于观察组97.73%,对比差异有统计学意义(t=10.602,χ2=11.257,P<0.05)。结论在门诊护生实习过程中,采用院校合作“五元”立体互动带教管理模式的临床应用效果较好,可显著提升护生的实习技能,为临床护理培养了优秀的综合护理人才。Objective To analyze the application effect of the"five factors"three-dimensional interactive model of college cooperation in the clinical teaching management of outpatient nursing students.Methods 88 outpatient nursing students who were intern in the hospital from September 2019 to December were included in this study,and they were divided into a control group(44)and an observation group(44)according to the number random table method.The control group was given a traditional clinical teaching management model,and the observation group was given a"five factors"three-dimensional interactive clinical teaching management model of university cooperation to compare the performance assessment and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students.Results The scores of the nursing students in the control group were(82.36±4.13)points lower than the observation group(93.52±5.63)points,and the teaching satisfaction 84.09%was significantly lower than the observation group 97.73%.The difference was statistically significant(t=10.602,χ2=11.257,P<0.05).Conclusion In the internship process of outpatient nursing students,the clinical application effect of the"five factors"three-dimensional interactive teaching management model of cooperation between colleges and universities were better,significantly improve the practice skills of nursing students and cultivate excellent comprehensive nursing talents for clinical nursing.
