摘  要:目的分析和探讨同伴教育在基础护理技能强化训练中的应用。方法选择该校2017年2—5月护理专业140名学生作为研究对象,并采用“随机数字表法”分为对照组(70名)和观察组(70名),对照组学生采用传统教学模式,观察组学生采用同伴教育模式,对比两组学生的学习成绩、学习效果。结果观察组学生的学习成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查显示,观察组绝大部分学生认为同伴教育在提升自主学习能力,增强学习效果、团队合作和沟通能力和专业认同感等方面有帮助。结论同伴教育在基础护理强化训练中的应用效果显著,为临床输送人才奠定了坚实的基础。Objective To analyze and explore the application of peer education in the intensive training of basic nursing skills.Methods Select the school from February to May 2017140 nursing students as the research objects,and use the"random number table method"to divide them into the control group(70 nursing students)and the observation group(70 nursing students),the students in the control group adopted the traditional teaching model,and the students in the observation group adopted the peer education model to compare the academic performance and learning effect of the two groups.Results The learning scores of the observation group students were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the questionnaire survey showed that most students in the observation group believed that peer education was improving the ability of independent learning,enhancing learning effects,teamwork,communication skills,and professional recognition sense and other aspects are helpful.Conclusion The application effect of peer education in the intensive training of basic nursing care is significant,laying a solid foundation for clinical delivery of talents.
