术后护理干预对颌面部骨折钛板内固定术后患者预后的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探析术后护理干预对颌面部骨折钛板内固定术患者预后的影响。方法方便选取该院2016年6月—2019年6月行钛板内固定术的70例颌面部骨折患者依据随机原则分成两组,对照组与试验组,各为35例。对照组予以术后常规护理,试验组予以术后护理干预,对比两组心理状态评分、并发症发生率、口腔舒适度及护理满意度评分。结果试验组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分分别为(38.25±4.26)分、(37.69±4.31)分,对照组护理后数据分别为(44.38±4.81)分、(43.67±4.76)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.680、5.830,P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率为5.71%,对照组为22.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.290,P<0.05)。试验组口腔舒适度为91.43%,对照组为71.43%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.590,P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度评分为(93.60±3.32)分,对照组评分为(86.59±3.16)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.590,P<0.05)。结论颌面部骨折钛板内固定术患者实施术后护理干预后,可显著改善患者心理状态,减少并发症,提高舒适度与满意度,具有极高的临床推广价值。Objective To explore the effects of postoperative nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with maxillofacial fractures undergoing titanium plate internal fixation. Methods Convenient select 70 maxillofacial fracture patients who underwent titanium plate internal fixation in the hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization, the control group and the test group, each with 35 cases. The control group received routine postoperative nursing care, and the experimental group received postoperative nursing intervention.The two groups were compared with the scores of mental state, complication rate, oral comfort and nursing satisfaction.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group after nursing were(38.25±4.26)points and(37.69±4.31)points, while the data of the control group after nursing were(44.38±4.81)points and(43.67±4.76)points, the difference was statistically significant(t=5.680, 5.830, P<0.05). The complication rate in the experimental group was 5.71% and that in the control group was 22.86%. the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.290, P<0.05). The oral comfort of the test group was 91.43% and that of the control group was 71.43%. the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.590, P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was(93.60±3.32)points, and the score of the control group was(86.59±3.16)points. the difference was statistically significant(t=7.590, P<0.05). Conclusion The postoperative nursing intervention for patients with maxillofacial fracture titanium plate internal fixation can significantly improve the patient’s mental state,reduce complications, and improve comfort and satisfaction. It has extremely high clinical promotion value.
