探讨口腔颌面部间隙感染患者并存糖尿病的护理分析

摘　　要：目的针对口腔颌面部间隙感染并存糖尿病患者采用优质护理方案,分析其护理效果。方法选取该院2016年9月—2019年8月收治的46例口腔颌面部间隙感染并存糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成两组,实验组23例,对照组23例。其中,实验组患者采用优质护理干预方式,对照组患者采用常规护理干预方式,对比两组患者的血糖情况和住院时间。结果实验组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖均优于对照组,住院时间显著短于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对口腔颌面部间隙感染并存糖尿病患者的护理,优质护理干预方式能够帮助患者恢复更快,血糖水平更优。Objective To adopt a high-quality nursing plan for patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection coexisting with diabetes,and analyze the nursing effect.Methods A total of 46 patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection and diabetes mellitus who were admitted to the hospital from September 2016 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,23 cases in the experimental group and 23 cases in the control group.Among them,patients in the experimental group used high-quality nursing interventions,and patients in the control group used conventional nursing interventions to compare the blood glucose status and hospital stay of the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the hospital stay was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the nursing of diabetic patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection,high-quality nursing intervention can help patients recover faster and have better blood sugar levels.
