养阴润肺汤加减治疗小儿阴虚咳嗽的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究小儿阴虚咳嗽采用养阴润肺汤加减治疗的临床疗效。方法选取该院2017年3月—2019年3月收治的108例小儿阴虚咳嗽患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用川贝雪梨膏进行治疗,观察组采用养阴润肺汤加减治疗,对比两组治疗前后中医症候积分变化情况、临床疗效以及咳嗽消失时间。结果观察组治疗后中医症候积分为(5.12±1.08)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=41.509,P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为96.29%,高于对照组的74.07%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.565,P<0.05);观察组咳嗽消失时间为(5.12±0.28)d,短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.544,P<0.05)。结论小儿阴虚咳嗽采用养阴润肺汤加减治疗的临床疗效显著,利于改善临床症状,缩短咳嗽消失时间。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yangyin Runfei Decoction for children with Yin deficiency cough.Methods A total of 108 children with yin deficiency and cough admitted in the hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Chuanbei Xueli ointment and the observation group was treated Yangyin Runfei Decoction;compared with the changes of TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy and cough disappearance time between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was(5.12±1.08)points,which was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=41.509,P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.29%,which was higher than 74.07%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.565,P<0.05);the cough disappearance time of the observation group was(5.12±0.28)d,which was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.544,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of treating cough with yin deficiency in children with Yangyin Runfei Decoction is significant,which is beneficial to improve clinical symptoms and shorten the disappearance time of cough.
