微信群在神经内科临床护理教学中的应用

摘  要:目的分析微信群在神经内科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选择2016年10月—2018年10月该院神经内科护理实习生共计120名为研究对象,参考“抽签法”完成分组,分为参照组与分析组两组,每组60名,给予参照组(n=60)实施传统带教模式,而分析组(n=60)在传统带教基础上选择微信群进行辅助教学,实施5周以后进行应用效果的评估,然后对比护生出科时的技能操作、理论成绩、工作满意度、综合素质。结果在出科时分析组的技能操作、理论成绩、工作满意度、综合素质等均好于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科临床护理教学中应用微信群,利于其护理教学效果的改善和护生整体素质改善,是值得推荐应用的一种辅助教学方式。Objective To analyze the application effect of WeChat group in neurology clinical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 120 nursing interns in the Department of Neurology in the hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as research subjects.They were grouped according to the"lottery method"and divided into two groups,a reference group and an analysis group,with 60 people in each group.The reference group(n=60)was given the traditional teaching model,while the analysis group(n=60)selected WeChat groups for supplementary teaching based on the traditional teaching.After five weeks of implementation,the application effect was evaluated and then compared of the nursing students'skills,theoretical performance,job satisfaction,and overall quality when they leave the department.Results The analysis group's skills operation,theoretical performance,job satisfaction,comprehensive quality,etc.were better than the reference group at the time of leaving the department,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat group in the clinical nursing teaching of neurology is beneficial to the improvement of the nursing teaching effect and the overall quality of nuclear nursing students.It is an auxiliary teaching method worth recommending and applying.
