摘 要:为降低烟丝特征尺寸、提高烟丝结构均匀性,解决加工过程中烟丝缠绕等问题,设计了一种适用于细支卷烟的烟丝结构柔性调控设备。该设备由烟丝柔性筛选装置与烟丝铡切装置组成。干燥后的烟丝,经振槽输送进入柔性筛选装置,在动辊与挑刀的配合作用下,烟丝团被打散,中短丝经空隙落入下方振槽,长丝则传送至烟丝铡切装置;在一组旋转刀和一组定刀作用下,进入铡切装置的长丝被切断为设计长度的中短丝。以淮阴卷烟厂生产的“南京”牌细支卷烟烟丝为对象进行测试,结果表明,与传统生产方式相比,经过柔性调控后:①加香后烟丝长丝率下降10.29百分点,中丝率上升5.17百分点,短丝率上升4.96百分点,特征尺寸下降17.96%,均匀性系数略有下降;②卷制跑条后烟丝长丝率下降15.89百分点,中丝率上升10.87百分点,短丝率上升4.17百分点,特征尺寸略有下降,均匀性系数上升7.14%。该技术可为改善细支烟烟丝结构分布提供支持。To reduce the characteristic size of cut tobacco,promote the uniformity of cut tobacco structure,and avoid cut tobacco tangling during processing,a flexible controlling device for the cut tobacco structure of slim cigarettes was designed,which consisted of a flexible tobacco screening unit and a tobacco cutting unit.Dried cut tobacco is transported into the flexible screening device by a vibrating trough,under the cooperation of the moving roller and the flake nails,the agglomerated tobacco is loosened,medium and short strands drop into the downstream vibrating trough through the openings,and long strands are conveyed to the cutting unit and cut into the shorter strands of the setting length by a set of rotating knives and a set of fixed knives.The device was tested with the cut tobacco for cigarette brand“Nanjing”,and the results showed that:after the flexible controlling,1)the proportion of long strands in flavored cut tobacco decreased by 10.29 percentage points,those of medium strands and short strands increased by 5.17 and 4.96 percentage points respectively,the characteristic size decreased by 17.96%,and the uniformity coefficient reduced slightly;2)the proportion of long strands in break-out rods lowered by 15.89 percentage points,those of medium strands and short strands increased by 10.87 and 4.17 percentage points respectively,the characteristic size decreased slightly,and the uniformity coefficient increased by 7.14%,comparing with traditional processing means.It suggested that this technology was beneficial to improving the structural distribution of cut tobacco for slim cigarettes.
