摘 要:将从阴极辊上剥离得到的电解铜箔在不同浓度的铬酐-葡萄糖体系钝化液中浸泡进行钝化处理,再对钝化后铜箔的表面进行XRD、SEM和EDS分析,并对铜箔的光泽度、抗拉强度和粗糙度等物理性能进行测试。当钝化液中葡萄糖和铬酐浓度分别为3.0 g/L和0.4 g/L时,钝化后铜箔的综合性能最好;钝化液中铬酐和葡萄糖之间有协同作用,葡萄糖表面含氧粒子在铜箔表面吸附生成吸附膜,铬酐再在铜箔表面反应成含铬的成相膜。The electrolytic copper foils from the cathode roller were immersed in different concentrations of chromium anhydride-glucose for passivating treatment.XRD,SEM and Energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)were utilized to analyse the passivated copper foils.The glossiness,tensile strength and roughness of copper foil were tested.The comprehensive properties of passivated copper foil were the best when the concentration of glucose and chromium anhydride was 3.0 g/L and 0.4 g/L,respectively.There was a synergistic effect between chromium anhydride and glucose.The adsorption of oxygen-containing particles on the surface was a prerequisite for the formation of good passivation film and Phase-forming film with chromium was developed in the following.
