摘　　要：目的:探讨口腔颌面部软组织深部异物取出的方法及注意事项。方法:选取扬州大学附属医院(扬州市第一人民医院)口腔科2014年8月-2017年9月收治的16例口腔颌面部软组织异物患者,分别在术前进行颌面部CT三维重建,精确定位后微创取出异物,并进行美容缝合。结果:16例患者口腔颌面部异物完全取出,术后检查未见异物残留,5~7d后拆线,除1例患者局部血肿2周后完全消退外,其余患者均一期愈合。结论:在三维CT重建精确定位下,微创取出异物后精细缝合可取得良好效果。Objective To explore the methods and precautions of removing foreign body from oral and maxillofacial soft tissue.Methods A total of 16 patients with oral and maxillofacial soft tissue foreign bodies were selected from the Department of Stomatology of the Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University(Yangzhou First People's Hospital)from August 2014 to September 2017.Three-dimensional reconstruction of the maxillofacial CT was performed before surgery. Minimally invasiveremoval of foreign body after positioning and cosmetic suture. Results All oral and maxillofacial foreign bodies werecompletely removed in all 16 patients, and no foreign body residue was found after the operation. The suture was removedafter 5-7 days. Except for one patient whose local hematoma completely subsided after 2 weeks, the rest of the patients healedin one stage. Conclusion Under the accurate positioning of 3D CT reconstruction, fine suture can be obtained after minimallyinvasive removal of foreign bodies.
