摘　　要：针对信息技术的发展,探讨我国城市轨道交通快速发展下的信息服务系统的建设及其涉及的相关问题。研究认为:城市轨道交通作为能力最大的城市公共服务设施,信息技术的应用是其改善运营管理与安全性水平、充分发挥运输服务能力、降低运营成本的需要,也是科技发展的必然,未来我国轨道交通运营管理与服务水平的提高离不开信息化系统的建设。当前亟需加强个人信息领域的立法与规范管理工作,这不仅可为城市轨道交通信息化建设提供法律保障,也可为信息化发展指明方向,还可为现代化社会下个人信息保护提供法律协调框架。This paper discusses the development of information service systems of urban rail transit and related problems in China's Mainland in the context of the rapid development of modern information technologies.The research suggests that as the most capable urban public service facility,urban rail transit system cannot do without the application of information technologies,which can improve its operational management and safety,make full use of its transport capacity,and cut down its operational costs,and furthermore,the application of information technologies is inevitable in the global progress of science and technology,and the construction of various information systems is essential to the future development of urban rail transit in China.At present,there is an urgent need for personal information legislation,which can not only offer legal protection for information construction of urban rail system,but also point out direction for infobahn development.The legislation can furthermore provide a legal coordination framework for the personal data protection under rapid development of modern society.
