摘　　要：目的探讨脑室外神经细胞瘤诊断学特征和治疗经验。方法回顾性分析7例脑室外神经细胞瘤病例资料,病变部位:颞叶2例,额底、基底核区1例,基底核区2例,小脑蚓部1例,鞍区1例。结果肿瘤全切除6例,部分切除1例。随访5~134个月,平均为(79.3±55.0)个月。死亡2例,其中1例全切肿瘤后因脑出血而死亡,1例为部分切除后因肿瘤复发进展而死亡。结论脑室外神经细胞瘤在影像学上诊断困难,最终依赖于病理学诊断。手术全切脑室外神经细胞瘤能给病人带来相对较好预后。对于部分切除肿瘤,术后放疗可能提升病人的生存期和无进展生存期。Objective To explore the diagnostic features and treatment experience of extraventricular neurocytomas.Methods The clinical data of 7 patients with extraventricular neurocytomas were analyzed retrospectively.The lesion location was located in the temporal lobe in 2 cases,in the bottom of the frontal lobe and basal ganglia in 1 case,in the basal ganglia in 2 cases,in the cerebellar vermis and sellar area in 1 respectively.Results The total tumor resection was in 6 cases and partial resection in 1.During the follow-up period of 5 to 134 months,with an average of 79.3±55.0 months,2 patients died,including 1 case dying of cerebral hemorrhage after total resection of the tumor,and 1 case dying from tumor recurrence and progression after partial resection.Conclusions The extraventricular neurocytoma is difficult to diagnose on imaging and ultimately depends on pathological diagnosis.Surgical total resection of extraventricular neurocytoma can bring a relatively good prognosis for the patient.For partially resected tumors,postoperative radiotherapy may improve patient survival and progression-free survival.
