摘　　要：本文就某供电企业电网生产技改大修项目的施工、设计及监理采购方式开展研究,主要对技改大修项目服务类框架协议招标采购进行了论述,分析其实际应用情况,研究实际应用中存在的风险点,提出防范对策,总结了该招标采购方式取得的成效,适宜长期应用。This article studies the construction,design and supervision procurement methods of a power grid production technical renovation project of a power supply company.It mainly discusses the service framework agreement bidding procurement of the technical renovation and overhaul project,analyzes its actual application,studies the existing risk points in actual application,puts forward preventive countermeasures,and summarizes the results of this bidding procurement method,which is suitable for long-term application.
