地方农业院校创新创业教育模式的探索与实践——以安徽农业大学为例

摘　　要：提升创新创业教育水平和能力是高等农业院校培养高质量农业人才的重要途径,为此,安徽农业大学开展了大学生创新创业教育多种模式的探索与实践:明确了高校实施创新创业教育的目标,即培养具有创新精神、创业意识和能力合格的农业科技人才;构建了"专创融合、科赛一体、三方协同"创新创业人才培养体系,即坚持专创融合理念,促进科研和双创竞赛融合,形成"政府+高校+企业"一轴三螺旋运转模式;采用"五层五法一聚焦"的创新创业师资队伍建设模式,快速有效组建起了一支包括行业名师专家、企业家或知名校友、在线MOOC教育、初创企业人和校内创新创业教育师资在内的强有力的师资队伍;构建了"管理监督、教育培训、资金融通、赛创融合、服务保障"大学生创客空间五维运行体系;依托创客空间"七级阶梯"模式打造创新创业教育载体。Improving the performance and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important way for agricultural colleges and universities to train high-quality agricultural talents.Therefore,Anhui Agricultural University explored and practiced multiple modes of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education.The exploration defined the goal of implementing innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,that is,to cultivate qualified agricultural technicians with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial awareness.The school established an innovative and entrepreneurial talent training system of"integration of expertise,innovation and entrepreneurship,combination of science and competition,and tripartite collaboration".Namely,the school adhered to the concept of integration and combination,and formed a mode which takes government,university and enterprise as three helixes to operate around one axis;by adopting the"five layers,five methods and one focus"mode of building innovative and entrepreneurial teaching force,Anhui Agricultural University established a powerful team including industry-renowned teachers and experts,entrepreneurs and well-known alumni,online MOOC education,start-ups,and school innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers;it constructed a five-dimensional operating system of"management supervision,education and training,financial financing,integration of competition and innovation,and service guarantee"for college student maker space.Relying on the"seven-level ladder"model of maker space,the university created an education carrier for innovation and entrepreneurship.
