糖尿病合并胃溃疡患者临床治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病合并胃溃疡患者临床治疗的效果。方法选取2018年3月—2019年3月该院收治的糖尿病合并胃溃疡患者150例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组75例,对照组患者应用奥美拉唑进行治疗,观察组患者采用泮托拉唑进行治疗。治疗后,比较两组患者对治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率为77.33%,观察组总有效率为96.00%,观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.650,P=0.020);观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h水平以及糖化血红蛋白水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.392,P<0.001;t=6.149,P<0.001;t=6.109,P<0.001)。结论在糖尿病合并胃溃疡的治疗中可应用泮托拉唑予以治疗,其不仅可以保持良好的血糖水平,且具有较高的安全性。Objective To explore the effect of clinical treatment on patients with diabetes mellitus and gastric ulcer.Methods Select 150 patients with diabetes and gastric ulcer who were admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 as the research objects.According to the random number method,they were divided into observation group and control group,75 cases in each group,and control group patients of omeprazole was used for treatment,and the observation group was treated with pantoprazole.After treatment,comparing the treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 77.33%,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.650,P=0.020);the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial level and glycosylated hemoglobin level of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=16.392,P<0.001;t=6.149,P<0.001;t=6.108,P<0.001).Conclusion Pantoprazole can be used in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with gastric ulcer.It can not only maintain a good blood glucose level,but also has high safety.
