摘　　要：目的探讨血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)与2型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的关联。方法选取在泰州市人民医院2017年1—12月就诊的2型糖尿病患者219例,根据眼底检查结果分为单纯糖尿病(DM)组和糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)组。检测患者血浆Lp-PLA2水平并行统计学分析。结果 DR组的Lp-PLA2水平较DM组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析发现,糖尿病病程是DR的独立影响因素。结论血浆Lp-PLA2水平在DR患者中明显升高,是DR的危险因素,Lp-PLA2检测对DR有预测意义,为DR的早期诊断和干预治疗提高了积极的参考价值。Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2) and type 2 diabetic retinopathy(DR). Methods A total of 219 patients with type 2 diabetes in Taizhou, The People’s Hospital risited from Janaury to December 2017 were selected and divided into simple diabetes(DM) group and diabetic retinopathy(DR) group based on the results of fundus examination. The plasma Lp-PLA2 levels of patients were detected and statistically analyzed. Results The level of Lp-PLA2 in the DR group was significantly higher than that in the DM group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis found that the course of diabetes is an independent influencing factor of DR. Conclusion The level of plasma Lp-PLA2 is significantly increased in DR patients,which is a risk factor for DR. The detection of Lp-PLA2 has predictive significance for DR, and it provides a positive reference value for early diagnosis and intervention of DR.
