摘　　要：目的:总结分析疑难病症诊治能力提升工程项目的设置范围,为打造公平可及的优质医疗体系提供参考。方法:以疑难病症诊治能力提升工程项目入库专科为研究对象,针对专科构成比及区域构成比进行分析。结果:国内共审批建立113所委属委管医院的疑难病症诊治能力提升工程项目,专科数量及区域诊疗能力尚不平衡。结论:项目将优化优质医疗卫生服务资源的配置,更好地满足区域群众的医疗健康服务需求,为健康中国等国家战略的全面落地提供重要支撑。Objective:This paper summarized and analyzed the setting scope of the project to improve the capacity of diagnosis and treatment of difficult diseases,so as to provide a reference for building a fair and accessible quality medical system.Methods:Taking the specialty of the project improving the capacity of diagnosis and treatment of difficult diseases as the research object,analyzed the composition ratio of the special subject and the regional composition ratio.Results:In China,a total of 113 hospitals under the Commission were approved to improve the diagnosis and treatment capacity of difficult diseases.The number of specialties and regional diagnosis and treatment capacity is not balanced.Conclusion:The project will optimize the allocation of high-quality medical and health service resources,better meet the needs of regional people for medical and health services,and provide important support for the comprehensive implementation of national strategies such as health China.
