摘　　要：中国援外医疗工作取得了显著成绩,对世界卫生事业作出了积极贡献。笔者结合医院工作实践和疫情防控的最新形式,阐述了中国援外医疗工作应注重加强队伍建设、完善激励机制、创新医疗模式,并积极参与全球范围内疫情应对,以扎实的工作成效切实践行人类卫生健康共同体倡议。China's foreign aid medical work has made remarkable achievements and made positive contributions to the world's health industry.Combining the work practice of hospitals and the latest forms of epidemic prevention and control,the author elaborated that China’s foreign aid medical work should focus on strengthening team building,improving incentive mechanisms,and innovating medical models,and actively participating in global epidemic response,so as to implement the community initiative of human health with solid work results.
