摘　　要：目的:分析某三级甲等综合医院跨省异地就医患者相关住院信息,为改善异地就医患者的就医体验和提升异地就医患者的满意度提出合理建议。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,分析湖南省某三甲医院2018年11月1日至2019年10月31日3541例跨省异地就医患者数据。结果:异地就医患者中51〜60岁患者最多,性别构成上基本无差异;入院病情93.34%为“普通”;就诊科室主要分布于肿瘤化疗科、乳腺科、鼻颅底外科、神经变性遗传科和眼科;等床天数以1周以内(58.74%)为主,平均等床天数为9.50天。结论:医疗机构应针对中老年患者加强异地就医政策宣传;加强重点科室的病案管理力度,提升病案书写质量;缩短异地就医患者等床天数,减轻患者经济负担。Objective:To analyze the hospitalization information of patients across provinces at a Grade III hospital,and suggest improvement of the medical experience and the satisfaction of patients across provinces.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on the data of 3541 patients across provinces from November 2018 to October 2019.Results:The number of patients aged between 51 and 60 years old is the largest among patients across provinces,little difference in gender composition;admission condition is“normal”,accounting for 93.34%;the treatment departments are mainly distributed in the tumor chemotherapy department,galactophore department,skull base department,genetic neural degeneration department and ophthalmology department;(58.74%)days of waiting for beds is limited to less than a week,9.50 days,on average.Conclusion:Hospitals are recommended to enhance the publicity of middle-aged patients across provinces,enhance their management in strengthening medical record writing and quality in the key departments;shorten the waiting time for beds and reduce the economic burden of patients across provinces.
