高职医学院校学生对新冠肺炎疫情的认识程度和专业承诺的关系:一个有调节的中介模型

摘　　要：探讨新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情期间高职医学院校学生对疫情认识程度与专业承诺之间的关系及其作用机制。选取高职医学院校8 052名学生进行网上问卷调查,结果发现,对疫情认识越深入,专业承诺水平越高,自我效能感在认识程度与专业承诺之间起中介作用;专业类别对该中介模型具有调节作用,能够获取护士/助理医师执业资格证书的学生调节作用更大。注重高职医学院校学生专业知识技能的培养和职业认同教育,有利于提升他们的专业承诺水平。To explore the relationship and its mechanism between the awareness of epidemic situation and the professional commitment of students in higher vocational medical schools during COVID⁃19.A total of 8052 students from higher vocational medical colleges were selected for online questionnaire surveys.The results showed that the deeper the understanding of the epidemic situation,the higher the level of professional commitment,and the sense of self⁃efficacy played an intermediary role between the level of recognition and professional commitment;Professional category had a moderating effect on the mediating model,and the students who can obtain the nurse/assistant doctor qualification certificate had a greater moderating effect.It is conducive to improve their professional commitment level for paying attention to the cultivation of professional knowledge and skills of students in vocational medical colleges and professional identity education.
