摘  要:为探索研究高职院校大学生亲子关系与心理健康状态的关联性,采用问卷法和案例分析法,选取789份样本,研究发现亲子关系与学生心理状态显著相关,非和谐双亲家庭及祖父母养育家庭的学生存在心理问题的比例明显偏高,他们在睡眠、抑郁、人际关系敏感和焦虑方面的问题尤为突出。高职院校需不断提高心理健康素质测评的覆盖面和科学性,提升预防干预能力,化解可能产生的学生心理危机。通过家校共育帮助学生建立完整、丰富、独立的自尊体系,提升其心理健康水平;通过改革管理模式和培训,提升心理健康教育师资队伍的专业能力;构建心理健康大数据云平台,并做好相应软硬件建设及设施条件保障。To explore the correlation between parent-child relationship and mental health status of college students,789 samples were selected by using questionnaire method and case analysis method.It is found that there is a significant correlation between parent-child relationship and students'psychological state.The proportion of psychological problems of students in disharmonious parents'families and grandparents'families is significantly higher,especially in sleep,depression,interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety.Therefore,higher vocational universities need to constantly improve the coverage and scientificity of mental health quality assessment,enhancing the ability to prevent intervention and resolving the possible psychological crisis of students.It is necessary to help students to establish a complete,rich and independent self-esteem system and improve their mental health by home-school co-education.To achieve this goal,professional capabilities of mental health education teachers should be improved through management mode reform and training,a big data cloud platform for mental health be built and corresponding software and hardware construction be ensured.
