摘　　要：对新形式下工程造价行业对于专业人才的能力需求进行分析,结合工程造价专业人才培养现状,从课程体系、课程设置、实训效果、产教融合几方面提出了建议,以达到提高人才培养水平,更好满足行业发展对于专业人才需求的目的。Through analyse the ability demand of engineering cost industry for professional talents in the new era,and puts forward suggestions about curriculum system,curriculum setting,training effect and integration of production and education,in order to improve the level of personnel training and meet the needs of professional talents for industry development.
