摘　　要：文章基于皖南旅游开发和产业发展现状,以相关旅游企业和区域高职旅游专业院校为调查对象,分别对旅游企业的管理人员和旅游专业毕业生发放调查问卷,通过对问卷的分析,提出人才培养的相关对策,以期为区域应用型旅游高职人才培养提供参考依据。Based on the current situation of tourism development and industry development in southern Anhui Province,this paper studies relevant tourism enterprises and regional vocational tourism schools by sending out questionnaires to the managers of tourism enterprises and tourism graduates respectively.It aims to provide reference for the cultivation of regional application-oriented tourism talents.
