摘 要:针对公务航空在时刻资源供需矛盾突出的繁忙机场的排队等待问题,建立由待服务公务机构成的排队模型。将公务机起降视为服务时间为0、先到先服务的单服务台系统,采用马尔可夫链和母函数分析方法推导出该排队系统处于稳定状态的条件,并进行数值验证。结果表明:单位小时内公务机的平均到达数量与公务机可用时刻的时间间隔均值满足一定的数量对应关系时,可保证繁忙机场内待服务公务机数量一直是有限的,此时排队系统处于稳定状态。In order to solve the problem of business aircrafts queuing in busy airports where the contradiction between supply and demand of resources is prominent,a queuing model composed of business aircrafts to be served is established.The service system of business aircrafts take-off and landing service was regarded as a single service desk system with zero service time and first-come-first-served.Markov chain and Generating function analysis method were used to derive the condition that the queuing system was in a stable state and to carry out numerical verification.The results show that,when the average arrival number in the unit hour and the average time interval of the available time meets a certain number corresponding relationship,which can ensure that the number of business aircrafts to be served is always limited,and there will be no infinite number of business aircrafts to be served in the queuing system.At this time,the queuing system is in a stable state.
