新时期高校开设健康教育课程的现状与体系优化研究

摘　　要：“健康中国”战略赋予了新的时代旋律和使命,健康已成为一项重要的社会性发展目标,高校作为重要的国家人力资源和人才智库的培养基地,大学生其健康程度直接体现一个国家的生命力和活力,关系到一个国家兴盛和未来。目前国内高等学校健康教育课程还没有形成系统的、体系化的实施模式。文章拟根据国际权威机构提出的“健康基石”、健康促进、健康安全防护、行为改变等理论,梳理和构建高校健康教育课程、教学理念、教学实施、效果评价新体系,力求通过打造“一定向”“三课堂”健康教育网状立体格局(即“线上+线下”、“课内+课外”、“理论+实践”),以达到“思政资源整合”、“多学科资源整合”、“设计特色课程整合”和“主旨活动实践驱动”为特征的四种动态课程实施、评价模式,从而构筑课程知识体系与个人健康素养体系同心圆和向心圆效应,以实践践行健康中国行动,提升大学生健康水平。The strategy of"healthy China"endows a new era mission and health has become an important social development goal.The colleges and universities as an important national human resources and talent library training base,the health of college students directly reflects the prosperity and vitality of a country.At present,there is no systematic and systematic implementation mode of health education curriculum in elementary education in China.According to the concept of"health cornerstone"put forward by the international authoritative institutions,and the behavior change theory,this paper constructs the health education curriculum,the teaching idea,teaching implementation and effect evaluation of the new system,strives to build"three classrooms"health education network the construction of a three-dimensional pattern(i.e."online and off-line","inside+outside class","theory+practice")to achieve"multiple resource integration","characteristics of curriculum integration"and"theme activities practice drive"for the characteristics of three kinds of dynamic curriculum implementation and evaluation mode.All these above is to construct the system of curriculum knowledge and personal health literacy system concentric circles and centripetal effect and improve the health of college students by practicing healthy China.
