摘　　要：自动扶梯的桁架具有多规格、小批量、定制化程度高、主要尺寸无级变化的特点,这对自动化生产线提出了较高的柔性化和智能化需求。上海三菱电梯开发了多项应用于桁架生产的先进技术,实现了桁架的自动化焊接和涂装。The truss of escalator has the characteristics of multi specification,small batch,high degree of customization,and stepless changing of main dimensions of products,which puts forward a high demand of flexibility and intelligence for automatic production line.Shanghai Mitsubishi elevator has developed a number of advanced technologies used for truss production and realized automatic welding and coating of truss.
