一例犬纤维肉瘤的诊治

摘　　要：对一例患犬的肛门右侧的增生组织进行组织病理学诊断,手术切除增生组织后进行常规的石蜡切片制作,随后进行H.E染色。一般临床检查肿物表面光滑、表面溃破出血,肿块呈结节状,鱼肉样变。组织病理学可见细胞大小不一,多为梭形,可见核分裂象,有炎性细胞浸润,初步确定该增生组织为纤维肉瘤。最后通过本次病例对纤维肉瘤的临床症状、诊断方法、治疗手段及预后判断进行讨论。Histopathological diagnosis of hyperplastic tissue on the right side of the anus of a dog was performed.The routine paraffin sections were made after surgical resection of hyperplastic tissue,and then H.E staining was performed.In general clinical examination,the surface of the tumor is smooth,the surface is ulcerated and hemorrhage,the tumor is nodular and fish-like.Histopathology showed that the cells were of different sizes,mostly fusiform,with mitotic figures and inflammatory cell infiltration.It was preliminarily determined that the hyperplastic tissue was fibrosarcoma.Finally,the clinical symptoms,diagnosis methods,treatment methods and prognosis judgment of fibrosarcoma are discussed through this case.
