摘　　要：介绍了一种彩瓦自动捆扎线的工作原理、装置结构以及设计与应用中的要点和经验,并提供了部分图纸和设备照片,在提高我国彩色水泥瓦生产行业的自动化水平和生产效率、降低职工劳动强度等方面做了有益的探索和实践。This article introduces the working principle,device structure,key points and experience in design and ap⁃plication of a color tile automatic binding line,and provides some drawings and equipment photos,which can improve the automation level and production efficiency of the color cement tile production industry.
