柴油发动机试车台架尾气处理一体化技术的应用

摘　　要：为响应国家保卫蓝天工程计划,潍柴动力股份有限公司拟对旗下潍柴动力二号工厂28台柴油发动机试车台架产生的尾气进行净化处理。为完成设计目标,项目采用"DPF+SCR+湿式碱法脱硫"的联合一体化技术,对烟气进行集中收烟、分组处理,东、西各14个座台分别进行脱硫脱硝。检测结果表明,系统运行高效稳定,颗粒物排放浓度<5 mg/Nm^3,SO_2排放浓度<5mg/Nm^3,NOx排放浓度<10mg/Nm^3,各项指标均到达排放标准,圆满实现治理目标。In response to the national blue sky defense project,the Weichai Power No.2 Factory,which subordinated the Weichai Power Co.,Ltd.carried on a decontamination of the exhaust from 28 diesel engine test benches.In order to achieve the design target,an integrated technology of"DPF+SCR denitration+Wet Alkali desulfurization"was proposed.In the project,the flue gas from all the test benches were collected centrally and divided into east and west two group,and 14 for each group.The experimental results show that the system is highly efficient and stable with the PM emission<5 mg/N m3,SO2 emission<5 mg/Nm and all the indexes reach the discharge standard,and the control target achieve satisfactorily.
