摘　　要：目的:通过以社区组织减少伤害服务为基础的海洛因依赖合并HIV感染者的调查,了解目前药物滥用防治领域社区组织服务对象的减少伤害服务利用情况,为进一步开展有针对性的综合干预服务提供依据。方法:采用方便抽样的方法对受访者进行一对一问卷调查,内容包括接受减少减害相关服务情况,性伴基本情况,对特色服务的评价等方面。结果:社区组织服务对象不同程度接受了相关减少伤害服务,美沙酮维持治疗的服务对象中仍然注射海洛因的比例约80%,丙肝检测率和阳性率都高于90%,但治疗率仅为15%。约有一半的受访者最近6个月有性伴,性伴干预工作有效。受访者对社区组织的其他特色服务认可度高。结论:社区组织是药物滥用防治工作中的一股有生力量,其干预工作有效,并得到服务对象认可。目前,社区组织仍需持续获得疾控部门的支持,提供多元化的以服务对象需求为导向的综合干预服务。Objective:To assess the current situation of community based organization services in drug abuse prevention and control through the investigation of heroin-dependent HIV patients,for the further targeted comprehensive intervention development.Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to carry out a one-to-one questionnaire survey among the eligible respondents,concerning the services related to harm reduction,the basic information of sexual partners,and the evaluation of special services and so on.Results:Respondents utilized harm reduction services in varying degrees.About 80% of methadone maintenance treatment patients still injected heroin,the test rate and positive rate of hepatitis C were higher than 90%,but the treatment rate was only 15%.About half of the respondents had sexual partners in the last 6 months,and sexual partner intervention was effective.For other characteristic services of community based organization,respondents showed positive feedback.Conclusion:Community based organizations are emerging forces in drug abuse prevention.Their interventions are effective,and recognized by the clients.At present,community based organizations still need persistent support from CDC to provide a variety of services and comprehensive intervention to accord with target group’s demands.
