应用凯氏定氮仪检测杏脯中二氧化硫方法探讨

摘　　要：采用传统的国标方法对二氧化硫残留量进行测定,不易控制且耗费时间,不适用于批量样品的检测。试验应用凯氏定氮仪对杏脯中二氧化硫残留量进行测定,同传统的国标方法进行比对,试验结果证明,此仪器蒸馏测定易于操作,且准确、快速,更适于对批量样品进行检测。Using traditional national standard method to measure the sulfur dioxide residual in dried apricots is not easy to control and time-consuming,so it is not suitable for detection of batch samples.The test results show that the distillation determination method is easy to operate,fast and accurate,and is more suitable for determination of batch samples.
