摘 要:为考察差示扫描量热法(DSC)实验过程中实验条件异于校正条件对实验结果的影响,本研究以标准样品金属铟(In)为对象,研究了实验升温速率、气氛与校正文件不同时In熔点和熔融焓的变化。实验结果表明:(1)在通用的较低的升温速率(低于20℃·min^-1)时,即使实验升温速率不同于校正条件,In的熔融起始温度T i和熔融焓ΔH所受影响较小,数据可信;但在快速升温时(高于40℃·min^-1),必须按照新的实验速率重新校正;(2)在常规以N 2和Ar为实验或校正气氛的条件下,实验气氛不同于校正气氛时,熔点受到的影响较小,数据基本可信;但熔融焓所受影响很大,必须根据新的实验气氛校正,才能得到准确的实验结果。Using standard material metal Indium(In)as research sample,the changes of melting point and enthalpy of In were studied when experimental heating rates and protective atmosphere were different from those in calibration files.The testing results indicated that when the heating rate was lower than 20℃·min^-1,the Ti andΔH data were credible even if the heating rates were different from those in calibration files.When the heating rate was higher than 40℃·min^-1,calibration files must be corrected according to the new experimental rate.In N 2 or Ar working environment,the melting point was slightly influenced when experimental atmosphere was not the same as calibration atmosphere.But the melting enthalpy was significant impact,which prompted a recalibration according to the new experimental atmosphere.
