摘 要:目的探讨雨课堂在心电图教学中的应用效果。方法选取2014级高职学生5、6班99人为对照组,采用传统教学方法;3、4班100人为实验组,把雨课堂软件引入心电图教学,创设高职护理专业的信息化与传统教学相融合的混合教学模式,从课下准备、课前预习、课上学习、课后复习方面介绍雨课堂的应用初探过程。观察两组学生学习成绩及对雨课堂认可度。结果与对照组比较,实验组学生学习成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),对雨课堂满意程度高。结论雨课堂作为新的教学工具,在心电图教学中能明显提高学习效果。Objective To explore the application effect of rain classroom in ECG teaching.Methods 99 students in class 5 and 6 of Grade 2014 were selected as the control group, and the traditional teaching method was adopted;100 students in class 3 and 4 were selected as the experimental group. The rain classroom software was introduced into ECG teaching to create a hybrid teaching mode integrating informatization and traditional teaching in higher vocational nursing specialty.The application of rain classroom was introduced from the following aspects: preparation after class, preview before class, study in class and review after class. The students’ academic performance and recognition of rain class were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group in academic performance and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The students of the experimental group were satisfied with the rain classroom.Conclusion As a new teaching tool, rain classroom can significantly improve learning effect in ECG teaching.
