智能物流背景下中国仓储行业发展对策——基于提高盈利能力视角

摘　　要：仓储行业A股上市公司数据显示,中国仓储行业人工成本上涨、用地难用地贵、融资难融资贵、利润水平不高、盈利能力连续下滑。仓储业仍是靠规模的低盈利发展模式,传统仓储业务的利润空间受到严重挑战,降本增效仍需进一步落实,企业需寻找新的利润源。大数据、人工智能、云技术、物联网等新一轮技术革命为仓储业的发展提供了新动能和良机,特别是智能技术,将给仓储行业带来深刻变化。中国仓储业应向智能物流和数字化方向转型升级,大力发展智能物流、布局数字化仓储物流发展、创新经营业态和经营模式、大力拓展增值服务、实施以仓储业为核的多元化经营、提升经营规模和强化管理以降本增效,推动行业新一轮发展、提高发展质量和提升盈利能力。Data from A-share listed companies in the warehousing industry show that labor costs in China's warehousing industry have risen,land is difficult to use,financing is difficult,financing levels are not high,and profitability continues to decline.The warehousing industry is still a low-profit development model that relies on scale.The profit space of traditional warehousing businesses is severely challenged.Cost reduction and efficiency improvement still need to be further implemented,and companies need to find new sources of profit.A new round of technological revolutions such as big data,artificial intelligence,cloud technology,and the Internet of Things have provided new kinetic energy and opportunities for the development of the warehousing industry,especially intelligent technology,which will bring profound changes to the warehousing industry.Chinese warehousing industry should transform and upgrade in the direction of intelligent logistics and digitalization,vigorously develop intelligent logistics,lay out the development of digital warehousing logistics,innovate business formats and business models,vigorously expand value-added services,implement diversified operations with the warehousing industry as the core,increase the scale of operations,strengthen management to reduce costs and increase efficiency,promote a new round of development of the industry,improve the quality of development and enhance profitability.
