摘　　要：香稻的栽培环境对香稻香味物质积累有重要的影响。研究表明,栽培的土壤环境通过氮、钾、锌、镧和硒等重要营养元素含量、水分含量和有机质含量来影响香稻香味物质积累。香稻在灌浆成熟期间当地的气候环境平均温度为23℃左右时有利于香稻香味物质积累。The cultivation environment has an important effect on the accumulation of aromatic substances in fragrant rice.The results showed that the content of nitrogen,potassium,zinc,lanthanum,selenium and other important nutrients,water content and organic matter content in cultivation environment could affect the accumulation of aromatic substances in fragrant rice.During the filling period of fragrant rice,the average temperature of local climate environment was about 23℃,which was conducive to the accumulation of aromatic substances.
