摘  要:为研究锈色粒肩天牛的危害与寄主国槐氨基酸组成和含量的相关性,利用氨基酸分析仪,测定了不同受害程度国槐韧皮部和木质部中氨基酸的组成和含量。在不同受害程度的国槐韧皮部和木质部中,共检测出16种氨基酸;随着国槐的危害程度的不断加重,总氨基酸含量呈现先增加后减小的趋势,即在锈色粒肩天牛危害初期,寄主总氨基酸含量有增多,危害后期总氨基酸含量明显减小,各氨基酸含量也有明显的变化。结果表明,锈色粒肩天牛危害可诱导国槐产生氨基酸,有利于锈色粒肩天牛的生长和发育;国槐受害后诱发防御反应,加速合成化学防御物质来抵御天牛入侵。In order to research the association between the damage of Apriona swainsoni Hope and the compositions and contents of amino acids in Sophora japonica Linn.by the Amino acid analyzer,analyzed the compositions and contents of amino acids in S.japonica from the phloem and xylem damaged to different degrees.In S.japonica from the phloem and xylem damaged to different degrees,detect 16 kinds of amino acids.With the extent of the harm of S.japonica has been increasing,the total amino acid content showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.That is to say,in the early stage of A.swainsoni damage,the total amino acid content of the host increased,and the total amino acid content of the late harm significantly decreased,and the content of each amino acid also changed significantly.
