隐性教育模式在医院员工品德教育中的应用分析

摘  要:医院传统的员工品德教育主要采用单边灌输的显性模式。随着社会进步和医院发展需求的不断扩大,显性教育的缺位失位现象逐渐凸显,隐性模式的推广和应用成为新形势下的迫切需求。该文首先阐释了隐性教育的涵义及其现实优势,进一步解析了隐性教育的主要组成因素及其功能,并在此基础上深入探究隐性教育各因素在医院员工品德教育中的实际应用,为积极推行隐性教育模式、提升医院员工品德教育实效提供了有力参考。In the traditional moral education of hospital staff,the explicit mode of unilateral instillation is mainly adopted.With the progress of society and the continuous expansion of the needs of hospital development,the lack of explicit education has gradually become prominent,and the promotion and application of the implicit mode has become an urgent need under the new situation.This paper first explains the meaning and practical advantages of implicit education,further analyzes the main components and functions of implicit education,and on this basis,deeply explores the practical application of various factors of implicit education in the moral education of hospital staff,hoping to provide powerful reference for actively promoting the implicit education mode and improving the effectiveness of the moral education of hospital staff.
