急诊老年人心肺复苏的影响因素及其对策

摘　　要：目的探讨分析急诊老年人心肺复苏的影响因素及对策。方法选入对象为本院急诊2016年9月~2019年9月期间收治的50例老年患者,包括26例复苏成功病例及24例复苏不成功病例。本研究从多方面对比急诊老年人的临床资料和一般资料,探讨总结急诊老年人心肺复苏的影响因素及有效的急诊对策。结果50例行心肺复苏的患者成功率为52%,患者急救前疾病常见于心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病等,患者最终心肺复苏成功率相关的因素包括合并并发症、合并多脏器衰竭以及院外黄金抢救时间、早期发现围术期心搏骤停前表现。结论老年人的并发症、多脏器衰竭等因素是影响急诊老年患者心肺复苏成功的因素,采取的有效对策为尽可能在早期发现围术期心搏骤停前表现并且在短时间行心肺复苏,提高心肺复苏的应用成功率。Objective To explore and analyze the influencing factors and countermeasures of emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the elderly.Methods 50 elderly patients admitted to our emergency department from September 2016 to September 2019 were chosen,including 26 successful resuscitation cases and 24 unsuccessful resuscitation cases.The clinical data and general data of patients were compared from various aspects,The influencing factors and effective emergency response strategies of elderly patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation were discussed and summarized.Results The success rate of 50 patients being treated with cardiopulmonary resuscitation was 52%.Cardiovascular diseases and respiratory diseases were common diseases in the pre-emergency diseases.Factors related to success rate of final cardiopulmonary resuscitation included complications,combined multiple organ failure,the golden rescue time outside the hospital and early detection of symptom before pericardial arrest.Conclusions The complications,multiple organ failure and other factors are the factors that affect the success of emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation in elderly patients.The effective countermeasures should be taken in order to detect the symptom before the cardiac arrest,to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation in a short time and finally improve the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
