摘  要:针对传统方法存在的激光雷达硬件故障定位精度差、定位时间较长的问题,设计基于回波特性分析的激光雷达硬件故障定位方法。首先对回波信号进行建模,并利用波形分解算法分析回波信号,并利用小波滤波方式滤除其中的噪声,然后通过与正常数据的对比识别出异常雷达数据,并利用接收机所接收到的信号判断发射功率测量误差、天馈系统、测试通道以及接收机信号主通道是否出现异常情况,结合标校和定标信号快速定位至最小硬件单元。实验结果表明:与传统方法对比,该方法的定位精度较高,定位过程耗时较小,证明该方法具有较强的实用性。Aiming at the problems of poor accuracy and longtime of fault location of lidar hardware in traditional methods,a fault location method of lidar hardware based on echo characteristic analysis is designed.First of all,the echo signal is modeled,the echo signal is analyzed by using the waveform decomposition algorithm,and the noise is filtered out by using the wavelet filtering method.Then,the abnormal radar data is identified by comparing with normal data,and the signal received by receiver is used to judge the abnormal situations in the measurement error of emissivity,the antenna feed system,the test channel and the main channel of the receiver signal.The minimum hardware unit is quickly located combined with calibration signals.The experimental results show that compared with traditional methods,this method has higher positioning accuracy and less time-consuming in positioning process,which proves that this method has strong practicability.
