摘 要:乳腺癌根据雌、孕激素受体状态、人表皮生长因子受体-2状态及Ki-67指数分为4种亚型。各分子分型间临床表现差异明显,影响临床治疗方案的选择。超声、钼靶、动态增强乳腺MRI是目前乳腺癌主要的影像学检查方法。影像学检查中的一些特征性征象,如超声肿物边界、后方声影、肿物血流状态,钼靶微钙化征象、乳腺结构改变,动态增强乳腺MRI等与乳腺癌分子分型存在相关性。本文就乳腺癌影像学特征与分子分型相关性的研究进展作一综述。Breast cancer is divided into four subtypes according to estrogen and progesterone receptor level, human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 level and Ki-67 index. The clinical characteristic of each subtype are significantly different, which directly affects the choice of clinical treatment. Ultrasound, mammography and dynamic enhanced breast MRI are the main imaging methods for detecting breast cancer at present. Some characteristic signs in imaging examination, such as ultrasonic tumor boundary, posterior acoustic shadow, tumor blood flow status, molybdenum target microcalcification, mammary gland structure change and dynamic enhancement of breast MRI, are correlated with breast cancer molecular typing. This paper reviews the research progress of the correlation between imaging characteristics and molecular subtyping in breast cancer.
