摘　　要：生理衰弱和认知功能障碍是导致老年人不良结局的两种重要的老年综合征,与跌倒、失能和死亡等不良结局相关,但其机制仍未完全明确。低度慢性炎症是衰老过程的标志,生理衰弱和神经退行性疾病可能与促炎和抗炎系统平衡失调有关,但慢性炎症在生理衰弱和认知功能障碍中的作用目前尚有争议。研究慢性炎症在生理衰弱和认知功能障碍中的机制,对制定防治措施、延缓生理衰弱和认知功能下降有重要意义。本文就慢性炎症对生理衰弱和认知功能障碍的影响研究进展作一综述。Physical frailty and cognitive impairment are two important geriatric syndromes leading to adverse outcomes such as falls, disability and death in the elderly, however, the mechanisms of them have never been satisfactorily explained. Low-grade chronic inflammation is a hallmark of the aging process, in particular, a dysregulated balance of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory might be involved in physical frailty and neurodegenerative disorders. The influence of chronic inflammation on physical frailty and cognitive impairment is still controversial. To study the mechanism of chronic inflammation on physical frailty and cognitive impairment plays an important role in developing prevention and treatment strategies and delaying the process of physical frailty and decline of cognitive function. This paper reviews the research progress of the influence of chronic inflammation in physical frailty and cognitive impairment.
