女贞子总三萜酸的体外抗氧化活性研究

摘　　要：目的对女贞子总三萜酸的体外抗氧化活性进行研究。方法以清除DPPH自由基、清除ABTS自由基、清除超氧阴离子自由基、Fe^3+还原力、金属离子螯合能力为评价指标研究女贞子总三萜酸体外抗氧化活性。结果女贞子总三萜酸在不同的抗氧化模型中均有较强的抗氧化活性,且呈显著剂量效应关系。结论女贞子总三萜酸具有较好的抗氧化活性,可以做为一种天然抗氧化剂的良好来源。OBJECTIVE To investigate the antioxidant acticity in vitro of the total triterpene acids extract from Ligustrum lucidum.METHODS Several different in vitro antioxidant models which included DPPH radical scavenging activity,ABTS radical scavenging activity,superoxide anion radical scavenging activity,Fe^3+reducing power and Metal ion chelating ability assays,had been used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of total triterpene acids extracted from L.lucidum.RESULTS The different in vitro antioxidation models showed that total triterpene acids extract from L.lucidum had strong antioxidation activities,and existed obvious concentration-effect relationships.CONCLUSION The total triterpene acids extract from L.lucidum had good antioxidant activity,which may be used potentially as a good source for natural antioxidants.
