体外反搏联合康复治疗对缺血性卒中患者早期康复的影响

摘　　要：目的观察体外反搏治疗联合康复治疗对缺血性卒中患者早期康复的影响。方法选取我院缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者73例,随机分为两组,观察组35例,对照组38例,两组均予常规药物治疗和康复治疗,在此基础上观察组加用体外反搏治疗,两组治疗前后均进行Barthel指数(the Barthel index of ADL)、NIHSS评分及MRS评分。结果治疗前两组间Barthel指数、NIHSS评分及MRS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组间Barthel指数及MRS评分变化差值比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外反搏联合康复治疗能有效改善缺血性卒中患者神经功能,提高患者日常生活能力,改善康复预后。Objective To observe the effect of External Counterpulsation(ECP)combined with rehabilitation therapy on early rehabilitation of ischemic stroke patients.Methods A total of 100 convalescent ischemic stroke patients of our hospital were randomly divided into case group and control group.There are 35patients in case group and 38 patients in control group.Both groups were given conventional drug and rehabilitation therapy.In addition,the case group was treated with external counterpulsation.Results Barthel index,NIHSS score and MRS score were performed on patients in both groups before and after the treatment.The differences of the three scores before and after the treatment were compared between two groups,and we found that the changes of Barthel index and MRS score was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal counterpulsation(ECP)can effectively improve cerebral blood flow,neurological function,daily living ability and prognosis of patients with ischemic stroke.
