高效液相色谱法测定感冒灵颗粒中咖啡因、阿司匹林和非那西丁含量

摘　　要：目的建立同时测定感冒灵颗粒中咖啡因、阿司匹林和非那西丁含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱采用Zorbax SB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(40∶60,V/V),检测波长为265 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为室温。结果咖啡因、阿司匹林和非那西丁的进样量分别在0.35~7.00μg(r=0.9999),1.025~20.500μg(r=0.9997),1.025~20.510μg(r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均加样回收率分别为99.16%,98.08%,98.21%,RSD分别为2.59%,2.65%,2.21%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、灵敏,结果准确、可靠,可用于感冒灵颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the content determination of coffeine,phenacetin and aspirin in Ganmaoling Granules.Methods The chromatographic column was Zorbax SB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was methanol-0.01 mol/L potassium phosphate monobasic solution(40∶60,V/V),the detection wavelength was 265 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min,and the column temperature was room temperature.Results The linear range of coffeine,aspirin,and phenacetin was 0.35-7.00μg(r=0.9999),1.025-20.500μg(r=0.9997)and 1.025-20.510μg(r=0.9999),respectively.The average recoveries were 99.16%,98.08%and 98.21%,the RSDs were 2.59%,2.65%and 2.21%(n=6),respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurately,reproducible and reliable,which can be used for quality control of Ganmaoling Granules.
