摘 要:介绍了含腐蚀缺陷的T型管节点采用碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)维修加固方法。设计了两个相同的含腐蚀缺陷的T型管节点试件,其中一个试件采用6层CFRP进行加固。对两个对比试件进行了静力加载测试,测得了试件的失效过程。试验测试结果发现:采用CFRP加固后,含腐蚀缺陷的T节点试件失效前经历的变形明显降低,说明CFRP加固后试件的刚度增大,CFRP对钢管变形起到了一定的约束作用。根据试验中测得的荷载-位移曲线对比发现:经6层CFRP加固后,T节点的静力承载力可提高22.5%,达到未腐蚀T节点静力承载力的95%左右。研究结果表明:对包含腐蚀缺陷的T型管节点,采用CFRP加固方法可有效改善节点静力承载力。This paper introduces the repair and reinforcement method of carbon fiber reinforced composite(CFRP)for tubular T-joints with corrosion defects.Two tubular T-joints with corrosion defects are designed,one of which is strengthened by 6-layer CFRP.The static loading test is carried out on two contrast specimens,and the failure process of the specimens is measured.The test results show that the deformation of T-joint specimens with corrosion defects decreases significantly after CFRP reinforcement,which indicates that the stiffness of specimens increases after CFRP reinforcement,and CFRP plays a certain role in restraining the deformation of steel pipe.According to the comparison of load displacement curves measured in the test,it is found that the static bearing capacity of T-joints can be increased by 22.5%after 6-layer CFRP reinforcement,reaching about95%of the static bearing capacity without corroded T-joints.The results show that the static bearing capacity of T-joints with corrosion defects can be effectively improved by using CFRP.
