摘 要:针对连续配筋混凝土路面(CRCP)易发生冲断破坏的不足,提出了大间距接缝配筋混凝土路面(RCPS)的结构形式,既通过配筋保留了CRCP承载力好的优点,也利用大间距接缝部分释放干缩应力和温缩应力,以实现超重轴载和环境荷载作用下混凝土路面不开裂的目标。本文首先利用ANSYS软件探究了隔离层参数和面层参数对路面结构性能的影响,接着基于室内模型试验确定了隔离层形式,最后依托实体工程验证了RCPS路面结构的合理性。结果表明:降低面层与基层之间的摩擦系数与粘结强度是实施RCPS的关键;PET膜光滑致密的表面可以有效阻止水泥浆渗入基层且成本低廉;试验路出现的最大拉应力仍小于路面的抗拉强度,并且CRCP特有的横向裂缝也未在试验路段出现。Aiming at the shortage of continuous reinforced concrete pavement(CRCP)which is easy to be damaged by impact,the structure of large spacing joint reinforced concrete pavement(RCPS)is proposed,which not only retains the advantages of good bearing capacity of CRCP by reinforcement,but also releases the dry shrinkage stress and temperature shrinkage stress by using the large spacing joints,so as to achieve the goal of no cracking of concrete pavement under heavy axle load and environmental load.In this paper,ANSYS software is used to explore the influence of isolation layer parameters and surface layer parameters on pavement structure performance,and then the form of isolation layer is determined based on indoor model test.Finally,the rationality of RCPS pavement structure is verified by solid engineering.The results show that the key to implement RCPS is to reduce the friction coefficient and bond strength between the surface layer and the base course.The smooth and compact surface of PET film can effectively prevent the cement slurry from penetrating into the base course,and the cost is low.The maximum tensile stress of the test road is still less than the tensile strength of the pavement,and the special transverse crack of CRCP does not appear in the test section.
