眼科首诊的癌症相关性视网膜病变1例

摘　　要：癌症相关性视网膜病变(CAR)是一种视网膜变性疾病,由患视器以外的肿瘤引起,与肿瘤的压迫和转移无关,视觉症状多出现在肿瘤诊断之前,患者多为老年人,无性别差异。CAR在小细胞肺癌患者中最常见,其次为生殖系统肿瘤和乳腺癌。患者在出现视觉症状时,若能尽早地发现全身肿瘤,有利于全身肿瘤的及时治疗,且可能因此延长患者的生命。本文通过对1例CAR病例的病史、症状及相关检查的分析、总结,旨在提高广大眼科医生对该类疾病的诊疗水平。Cancer-associated retinopathy(CAR)is a kind of retinal degeneration disease,which is caused by tumor outside the affected visual organ,and has nothing to do with tumor compression and metastasis.The visual symptoms usually appear before the diagnosis of tumor,and the patients are mostly elderly people with no gender difference.CAR is the most common in patients with small cell lung cancer,followed by reproductive system tumors and breast cancer.If the systemic tumor can be found as soon as possible when the patient has visual symptoms,it will be beneficial to the timely treatment of the systemic tumor and may prolong the life of the patient.This paper analyzes and summarizes the medical history,symptoms and related examinations of a case of CAR,aiming to improve the diagnosis and treatment levels of this disease by ophthalmologists.
